🟠We recently supported investment into Isomer Capital’s VC Secondaries strategy through a Mara-structured feeder vehicle, continuing our work alongside one of Europe’s most respected venture platforms.

The feeder provides a streamlined and transparent route into Isomer’s secondaries fund, enabling access to a curated portfolio of Europe’s most exciting later-stage technology companies through a structure designed specifically for private wealth investors.

🟠Isomer’s Secondaries strategy focuses on acquiring stakes in high-quality, institutionally backed VC funds and companies at mature stages, where risk dynamics differ from early-stage venture and liquidity pathways are typically clearer. As such, it can serve as a complementary exposure alongside traditional venture capital allocations.

By participating via Mara’s feeder, investors benefit from:
