February 2026: Access Expands as Innovation Accelerates

🟠 February was another busy month with the Mara team structuring a number of feeder vehicles to deliver access to funds, and SPVs for a number of early stage and late-stage / pre-IPO technology companies.

🟠 In February, we partnered withTwo Magnolias to establish a leader feeder vehicle designed to help onboard the team’s vast network of individual investors.

🟠 Working alongside Addleshaw Goddard, JTC, and The Fund Incubator, the structure was launched in a matter of weeks, significantly faster than the timeline typically associated with traditional partnership  feeder structures. This streamlined approach enabled the team to move quickly while maintaining institutional-grade governance and operational setup.

In Focus: AI Moves Beyond the Screen

🟠 Figure AI is bringing AI off the screen and into the physical world with humanoid robots for industrial and logistics applications.

Market Spotlight: Pre-IPO Access Remains in Demand

🟠Investor appetite for late-stage private opportunities continues to be strong, particularly around leading AI companies such as Anthropic. As capital concentrates in a smaller number of category leaders, access has become a defining factor for emerging and established investors alike.

🟠At the same time, we’re seeing sustained interest in iconic private companies — including opportunities for groups of investors to participate in companies like SpaceX through structured vehicles.
