🚀 Mara hired for KYC Project

🟠 Mara recently carved out its KYC capabilities for a specific real estate fund that required compliance support for its investors, opting for our service over the solution its fund administrator presented to them. We were able to offer a broader, quicker and lower cost solution than the fund administrator.

Moonshot AI – Frontier AI in China

🟠 Moonshot AI represents one of the most closely watched players in China’s rapidly evolving foundation model ecosystem, focused on large language models, long-context reasoning, and AI-native applications.

🟠 Dubai’s ultra-prime residential market continues to attract global capital, with this asset standing out as one of the most distinctive wellness-led, low-density luxury communities in the region.

🟠 Through a Mara-structured SPV, emerging investors and family office participants have been able to gain fractionalised exposure to a segment of the Dubai real estate market that is typically concentrated among ultra-high-net-worth buyers.

🟠 The transaction reflects two structural trends:

Intro to SPV Investing with UCL’s VC & PE Club

🟠 We were delighted to host Intro to SPV Investing in Canary Wharf with the UCL VC & PE Club, bringing together students interested in venture capital and private markets.

🟠 The panel — Sasha, Oscar Hoare VC at Elm Venture Partners, and Aleksandra — shared practical insights into how VC funds work, what deal evaluation looks like in practice, and how people break into the industry from very different backgrounds. We also discussed the growing role of SPVs and feeder funds in improving access to private market investments.

EUVC Summit & Awards

🟠 At the EUVC Summit & Awards, Mara was proud to present the Newcomer Award, celebrating the next generation of talent shaping European venture.
