New syndicate client Hersir Ventures
🟠We were thrilled to welcome Hersir Ventures into the Mara family after a long due diligence process. Hersir surveyed the entire SPV provider market before settling with Mara, valuing our “flexibility, bespoke investment experience, responsiveness, competitive pricing, pro activity and trustworthiness”, to quote its founder Oliver.

Highlights of Tech.eu Summit 2025
🟠The Mara team had the pleasure of attending the Tech.eu Summit 2025 at the Queen Elizabeth II Centre in London, where we joined over 1,800 innovators, investors, and industry leaders to explore the future of European technology.
🟠The summit provided an excellent opportunity to reconnect with valued clients and forge new relationships within the tech and investment communities. As we continue to support emerging managers, our structuring solutions streamline deal-by-deal investment activities, enabling venture capital funds to efficiently aggregate capital from diverse investors while ensuring compliance and reducing administrative burdens.
